TRIP REPORT - CZECH REPUBLIC
November 2004
Almost immediately upon my return from five weeks in the Czech Republic, Maria and I drove to Trenton, Florida, to witness the joining in matrimony of Tami Andrews and Robert Hodanko, a Czech brother from Prague. It was a beautiful wedding and a delightful mini-reunion of American brethren who have carried the gospel to Eastern Europe. The second and third l...[more]

CZECH TRIP MAY 2010

It is a sunny day in Prague, one of the most beautiful, culturally rich, historic cities of Europe. Largely untouched by world wars, it is filled with interesting things to see and do. I love it, though with the meetings I have planned, there will be little time for sightseeing.

Last evening, our lecture was presented in the building shown in the first picture. It has been used for public lectures by the Prague church for years. We had a good attendance. The second picture was taken before several others showed. No one took an accurate count, but all estimates placed the total at between twenty and thirty. (One suggested to me that there might have been as many as forty, but I responded that sounded to me like a preacher's count.) There were at least eleven from outside the church membe...[more]
